- Our cartridges contain the higest quality components available and are made by local Kansans with disabilities.
- Use of our cartridge, or cartridge remanufacturing service will not result in the cancellation of your manufacturer's warranty. Federal law prohibits ANY company or person from requiring you to purchase only their product.
- This toner cartridge is warranted free from defects in material and workmanship until the toner is depleted. Printers that do not have a low toner indicator will begin to product faded or light type on your printed page when empty.
- If your Cartridge King toner cartridge is used according to the in structions provided and it causes a problem with your equipment let us know immediately so we can arrange to correct the situation. Cartridge King will reimburse all reapirs to your printer if our toner cartridge was the direct result of your printer services, as stated on the repair bill.
- The warranty does not cover cartridges which are emty, expired (12 months from purchase date), abused, misused, or tampered with in any way.
- If you are ever dissatisfied with our cartridges we will make a 100% refund up to 12 months from purchase date.
- Warranty cartridges will be replaced, at no charge, after receipt and inspection. An assigned Rrturn Authorization Number, obtained by calling Cartridge King of Kansas, must accompany returns. 02-05TF
