Cartridge King of Kansas Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our cartridge for any reason, please:
1. call Cartridge King at 1-888-621-5860

Cartridge King will gladly send a replacement or a full refund if it is within one year of purchase date.
Before returning any cartridge, you must first contact our Returns Department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns are subject to approval prior to the issuance of RA number. No returns will be accepted without a Cartridge King RA number on the outside of the box and a copy of the original order receipt. All cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the cartridge's capacity as purchased. Empty cartridges that are received as defective will not be returned or credited. No credit will be given for cartridges that have been broken, opened, expired (12 months from purchase date), abused, misused, or tampered with in any way. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all return items. Freight charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. If the cartridge is found to be serviceable, it will be repackaged and returned. Credit will be issued only after receipt and complete inspection. Please do not return cartridges without a RA (Return Authorization) number.
